RULES & REGULATIONS
- Uniform as prescribed by the institute is compulsory for all the students.
- As specified in MSBTE rule O-G4-1, minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for each subject. Student having attendance less than 75% shall not be eligible for MSBTE Exam.
- Every student must complete prescribed term work as per the completion schedule fixed by the institute.
- Periodic tests are compulsory and conducted as prescribed in the curriculum. Marks secured by candidate in these regular tests are considered for sessional marks.
- Students must be punctual in attending theory lectures & practical's.
- Student coming late to classes will be marked absent.
- Student must strictly observe the term work completion schedule. Marks will be deducted for late completion of term work.
- Student must maintain silence & strict discipline within & outside classroom, workshop, library, laboratories & at all other areas of campus.
- Student must have their identity card while they are in college campus.
- Any act on part of student causing damages to cleanliness of any part of campus will be charged with heavy fine.
- Indecent and rude behavior with any employee of polytechnic will be viewed seriously.
- Students should not litter in corridors & should not disturb others.
- Students must take care of all their belongings like calculator, vehicles, instruments etc. the polytechnic will not be responsible for any loss.
- Any material given to students during practical shall be property of polytechnic.
- Student shall handle all laboratory instruments & equipments with due care. Any loss/damages caused to institute property by students will be recovered from students.
- Students must read notices displayed on notice board of institute.

Rule OG-4a
Candidate must put in satisfactory minimum attendance of 75% of the total periods as prescribed in the syllabus for theory, practical and tutorials separately in each and every subject head of the semester/year.
Rule-OG-5
In case the attendance falls short by not more than 10% due to illness.(Certificate by a registered medical practitioner) or for any other reasons considered valid, the head of the institute may condone such deficiency and permit to appear for examination if candidate is otherwise eligible.
Rule OG-28
Candidate failed/ATKT in a particular year of that coarse shall not be allowed to change over from one course to another except in cases of course which is revised or discontinued.
- Show due regard to college property.
- Be regular & punctual in attending classes & tutorials.
- Submit the assignments & tutorial in time.
- Attend all mid-tests & other tests if any.
- Maintain attendance more than 75% in each subject.
- Handle lab equipment/instruments with utmost care.
- Always carry identity card.
- Report at the institute in uniform.
- Check notice board regularly.
- Be considerate to other students.
- Inform your concerned subject teacher/branch in-charge regarding your absence for any reason.
- Read and be familiar with the student's Handbook.
- Apprise your college office & Branch in-charge immediately of any charge in your Local or Home address/ Telephone Number/Mobile number.
- Disregard of college norms & notices.
- Disregard of orders & instructions of the staff members.
- Noisy, boisterous, disorderly & obnoxious behavior.
- Ragging of the junior students.
- Irregular attendance & unauthorized absence from classes.
- Lack of punctuality in attendance & in matters where dates & time for any duty, function or obligations are prescribed.
- Negligent use of college property, talking loudly, loitering assembling in corridors, laboratories & class rooms.
- Use of mobile phones in college premises/Exam hall.
